The actress, who, years ago, tattooed his name inside a heart, is now covering up the entire piece.
On Thursday, Griffith, 56, appeared at 60th the Taormina Film Festival in Italy with no sign of the tattoo. Just a few days ago, she had only covered up her estranged husband's name.

Earlier this month, ABC News reported that the couple of nearly two decades was planning to divorce.
"We have thoughtfully and consensually decided to finalize our almost 20 years marriage in a loving and friendly manner honoring and respecting each other, our family and friends and the beautiful time we have spent together," the couple said in a statement.
They have one daughter, Stella, who will turn 18 in September.
