Feb. 3, 2014 — -- Miley Cyrus isn't pulling any punches when sharing her opinion on rude kids.

"I don't love kids," she told W magazine, on newsstands now. "I don't love them because, I mean, I think I was around too many kids at one point ... They're so f---ing mean."

In fact, when Cyrus, 21, sees a child disrespecting his or her parents, she wants to intervene.

"Sometimes I hear kids with their parents, and I want to go over and, like, smack them myself," she told the magazine. "Like if they meet me, they'll be like, 'Mom, don't you know how to use an iPhone? Like, can you take the picture?' I'm like, 'Dude, if I ever talked to my mom like that when I was a kid, I would have had no phone, no computer, no TV, no anything.' And so, yeah, kids are just mean."

And for all the haters who complain how the former "Hannah Montana" star is always wearing little or no clothes, she explained why she is prone to bearing it all.

"We never were inside, and we never wore shoes," she said of growing up in Tennessee during the hot summers. "I think it's why I like wearing no clothes so much and I'm always naked."

She added that her style also comes from her disgust for what other stars are wearing these days.

"I just don't get what half the girls are wearing. Everyone to me seems like Vanna White," she said. "I'm trying to tell girls, like, 'F--- that. You don't have to wear makeup. You don't have to have long blonde hair and big t------. That's not what it's about. It's, like, personal style. I like that I'm associated with sexuality and the kind of punk-rock s--- where we just don't care."

Cyrus, who split from former fiance Liam Hemsworth in September, also touched on what's she will eventually look for in a guy, even though she's not "trying to jump into a relationship" right now.

"I don't need you to impress me," she said. "I don't want you to, like, take me to fancy restaurants. I hate sitting down for dinner! ... You don't have to take me on trips! I literally just want to chill here!"
