Nikki Reed Shares Wedding Video a Month After Marrying Ian Somerhalder

A month after the "Twilight" actress and "Vampire Diaries" star tied the knot, Reed posted an Instagram video capturing some of the most romantic moments from their wedding day.

The newlyweds can be seen embracing, walking through a field, partying on the dance floor, preparing for their big moment and generally basking in their love for each other while the song "Take the World" by Johnnyswim plays.

Alongside the video, Reed penned a tender poem to her soulmate. "You are / My every dream brought to life / We are / A cosmic collision / This is / A lifetime felt in every moment I'm by your side / My love / My human...happy one month," she wrote.

She also thanked designer Claire Pettibone for creating her fishtail gown with lace sleeves, which she called a "work of art."

Reed, 27, and Somerhalder, 36, exchanged vows on April 26 in Malibu, California, and later honeymooned on the beaches of Mexico and Brazil.
