'Pretty Little Liars' Cast Reveals What Changed After '5 Years Forward'
The ladies sit down with "Good Morning America" co-anchor Amy Robach.
— -- With the long-awaited reveal of who "A" is, and the mid-season premiere picking up tonight, the "Pretty Little Liars" cast dishes about where Spencer Hastings, Aria Montgomery, Emily Fields and Hanna Marin are five years later.
"We’ve all gone to college, we all live in separate cities now and where you meet the ladies is that they’re all on their separate tracks," Troian Bellisario (Spencer Hastings) told "Good Morning America" co-anchor Amy Robach today. "[They're] with their A-free lives and then something happens and Allison asks us to come back to Rosewood."
With the liars returning home, fans are anxious to see whether sparks will fly between Alison and Emily (Shay Mitchell).
And although we find Alison has moved on, actress Sasha Pieterse, who plays Alison DiLaurentis, reveals that the pair will always have "some sort of flame."
"There will always be something there," Pieterse said. "You find Alison with a new love interest and she ends up being engaged and married so you kind of see the relationship between Emily and Alison change, but we always have something special there and I think the fans are still going to enjoy it."
"Pretty Little Liars" airs tonight at 8 ET on Freeform, that new name for ABC Family.
The Walt Disney Co. is the parent of ABC News and Freeform.
