— -- Sandra Bullock recently revealed how her household has changed since adopting daughter Laila last month.

"It's so much louder, because she's got a voice that carries," the actress told Access Hollywood of her 3-year-old. "She's going to be a singer or a judge. She's going to be...someone who commands a room with her voice."

Laila joins Bullock's 5-year-old son, Louis, whom she adopted from New Orleans in 2010.

The Oscar winner said she was meant to have Laila join her blended family.

"It's like she's always been there," Bullock, 51, explained. "It's like [Louis] has been waiting for her. Nothing has changed and everything has changed, but it's not different."

What is different for Bullock is her movie choices now that she's a mother of two. The actress said her kids affect which movies she decides to film.

"You want them to be able to see something you've done," she explained.
