Exclusive: J.Lo, Ben 'Working Things Out'
Sept. 23 -- Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck might spend more time apart but they're "working things out" and may yet get married, J.Lo's publicist told ABCNEWS Radio in an exclusive interview.
"She's not doing great. She's doing good. She's figuring it out," said Dan Klores, the actress-singer's New York publicist.
"She's 33 years old. Leave her alone."
The Gigli co-stars prompted a media furor two weeks ago when they called off their wedding. The pair sparked new gossip Monday when they showed up together at a courthouse near Affleck's Hampton Island home near Savannah, Ga.
However, it turns out they were after a gun license, not a marriage license. Affleck likes to shoot skeet.
"I think they are working things out and I wouldn't be surprised if they're back together," Klores said. "I wouldn't be surprised if they got married and I wouldn't be surprised if they took some time apart."
Lopez and Affleck reportedly had planned to wed Sept. 14 in Santa Barbara, Calif. Days before the wedding, they announced they were postponing the nuptials because of unwanted publicity. Since then, there have been reports they have split.
If they do eventually walk down the aisle, it will be the first marriage for the 31-year-old Affleck, and the third for Lopez.
