This is the first known one of singer Erykah Badu.

When New York City reporter Mario Diaz of PIX11 was reporting on Shia LaBeouf's arrest on Friday, Badu appeared in the background. Slowly, she made her way toward him and tried to give him a kiss on the cheek. (She was rebuffed.)

"Good recovery there!" his colleague told him.

Badu, 43, later apologized to Diaz on Twitter. He seemed to accept it.

"#Btw my wife and 2-year-old were 20 yards away when it happened," he wrote. "She saw the roll up, you putting on hat & everything."
