— -- You’ve surely heard all the buzz about the hit Broadway show “Hamilton,” even if you haven’t seen it: It earned a record-breaking 16 Tony Award nominations and 11 wins, its performances have been sold out since its debut, and it was the first musical to reach No. 1 on Billboard’s rap chart.

Despite "Hamilton"'s massive success, star and creator Lin-Manuel Miranda is set to exit the show this weekend to move forward with new projects. But he won't go too far. Here's how he will continue to affect your life in the next year:

Making Musical Magic

Miranda has been tapped to write music for Disney’s next big princess movie “Moana.” Some have suggested this newest flick could be a bigger hit than “Frozen.” Remember how children across the world went bananas over the Snow Queen? Moana will follow the tale of a young teen who sets out to fulfill her ancestor’s unfinished quest. If Miranda brings to “Moana” what he brought to “Hamilton,” it’s on! The animated fantasy adventure film is set to be released in theaters in November. (Walt Disney is the parent company of ABC News.)

'Hamilton' Education

The Rockefeller Foundation has just pledged $6 million to send 100,000 school children from all over the U.S. to see Miranda’s “Hamilton” musical. The pledge comes on the heels of a pilot program in 2015 that opened the doors of the Broadway show to some 20,000 New York City school children. Students participating in the program pay only $10, a ham for "Ham," and get a chance to see the show. They’re also given an opportunity to showcase their talents and interact with members of the cast.

Music With J. Lo

Much to the delight of the music world, Miranda and Jennifer Lopez recently surprised fans with the announcement of a new collaboration: The Latin duo has teamed up to record the new song “Love Make the World Go Round.” The song has not yet been released, but Miranda did post a little teaser to Twitter. It’s a tribute to the victims of the Orlando Pulse nightclub massacre last month and proceeds will be donated to the Hispanic Federation to help assist families of the shooting victims.

'Hamilton' on TV

Well, it’s not quite the stage play, but PBS is set to air a unique behind-the-scenes feature film documentary on the making of the "Hamilton" Broadway musical. The 90-minute doc, “Hamilton’s America,” will debut on Oct. 17 as part of “Great Performances.” The documentary will also follow Miranda and other cast members on expeditions to D.C., Philadelphia and New York.

Just Call Me 'Hamilton'

Maybe it’s the music, or perhaps it’s the Broadway star himself, but Hamilton is apparently the new go-to baby name for many new parents. The numbers of babies named Hamilton has climbed nearly 60 percent since last time this year, when the show first made its Broadway debut, according to BabyCenter.org. Now every time you come across a little Ham, Milty or Hamel, just keep in mind it was Miranda who brought the man behind the name back to the spotlight.
