Feb. 26, 2011— -- This week, GMA gears up for the Oscars with a star-studded Y3W featuring the song "Neon Lights" by Natasha Bedingfield.

Singer-songwriter Bedingfield grew up in London and pursued music from an early age along with her siblings, Daniel and Nikola Rachelle. In 2004 she released her first album, Unwritten, and earned a Grammy nomination for the title track. Debuting at No. 1 on the British album charts, Unwritten featured collaborations with veteran songwriters Steve Kipner and Kara DioGuardi

In 2008, Bedingfield's sophomore album Pocketful of Sunshine charted at No. 3 on the US Billboard 200, and later that year she joined other superstars including Babyface, Rihannaand Beyonce [to record a charity single in support of Stand Up to Cancer .

In addition to her continued participation with "SU2C", Natasha has served as an ambassador for the children's charity Global Angels and an advocate for the global coalition Stop the Traffik . She also worked with Yoko Ono, Will.I.Am, and Pat Monahan (from the band Train) to launch the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, a mobile recording studio used to teach children about the joys of music.
