Chrissy Teigen shares photo of origami she made for her late son Jack
"Origami for our jack!" she captioned an Instagram snap.
Chrissy Teigen shared a photo on Wednesday revealing how she recently honored her late son, Jack.
The bestselling author and model, who announced she is four weeks sober on Tuesday, posted a picture holding her 4-year-old daughter Luna and some origami she made for Jack.
Teigen and her husband, John Legend, lost their son, Jack, when she suffered a second-trimester pregnancy loss at 20 weeks in September.
In the picture, Teigen, who got a tattoo for Jack last month, wears a bracelet with her late son's name on it.
She simply captioned the intimate photo, "origami for our jack!"
Since her pregnancy loss in September, Teigen has opened up gradually about her grief journey and spoken about the support she's received online.
"I definitely give myself permission to feel complete and utter grief," she shared during an appearance on "Good Morning America" last month. "Every day is so different. So when people ask me how I'm doing I always say I'm okay -- today."
"I didn't know that we could experience this grief and also share it, but when we did it really meant so much to so many people," Legend added. "And it was such a powerful experience for me to learn that. I'm just grateful that my wife was courageous enough to do it."
Teigen described the support their family received as, "so beautiful, so incredible."
She also penned an essay in which she detailed the medical complications she suffered during her pregnancy.
Teigen and Legend are also parents to 2-year-old Miles.
