Getting ready for the Emmy Awards looks different this year as the show goes virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic -- but that's not stopping the nominees from prepping for a potential big win.

Here's how stars up for awards are primping for the at-home show:

Jennifer Aniston, up for lead actress in a drama series, "The Morning Show," pampered herself with a face mask and glass of champagne to get into the award show spirit.

Alex Borstein, nominated for supporting actress in a comedy series for "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," took a similar skincare approach.

Meanwhile, Octavia Spencer celebrated her first Emmy nomination for lead actress in a limited series or movie for "Self Made: Inspired by the Life of Madam C.J. Walker."

The actress posted a photo of her toasting with baccart, with a sweet backstory.

"I’m a tiger, an Auburn Tiger and a couple of my friends attended the University of Alabama, home of the Crimson Tide, our arch rivals," she wrote. "So, a couple of years ago as the Iron Bowl was drawing near, I made a bet with my dear friend, Ward, that The Tide would be rolled...SIGNIFICANTLY!!! He took me up on it and we both decided that after the game, we’d determine how to pay up. Welp! We. Beat. Bama. I was so ecstatic that I forgot about the bet. Fast forward to last week when these amazing boxes showed up with all of these delicious treats! This is how he settled up. He’s a class act to throw in my school colors."

And William Jackson Harper, nominated for supporting actor for "The Good Place," tried to dress up his dog for the special occasion, but he clearly wasn't having it.

The 72nd Emmy Awards airs live at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on ABC.
