The Golden Globe-nominated actress -- who is also known for movies such as "Crazy Rich Asians" and "Hustlers" -- welcomed her first child, a daughter, with her boyfriend, Ryan Kattner, earlier this year.
This news may come as a shock to fans, as Wu never publicly revealed she was expecting a baby and has kept a low profile on social media.
The 38-year-old's time playing Jessica Huang on "Fresh Off the Boat" came to an end earlier this year. The sitcom, centered on an Asian American family, ran for six seasons on ABC from 2015 to 2020.
Wu can next be seen in the film "I Was a Simple Man," which is scheduled to premiere at Sundance in January 2021.
