Jennifer Garner was more than happy to help a fan reeling from a devastating breakup.

When a brokenhearted fan approached the "13 Going on 30" actress on Monday about her decision to walk away from an emotionally abusive marriage, Garner was quick to offer her heartfelt support.

"Your heart sounds heavy, I am so sorry," the 48-year-old said to the fan who admitted she was struggling to find happiness.

"Hopefully you have powerful women in your corner, reminding you of your strength and your worth," she continued. "Hopefully, you are able to calm your mind and heart with prayer/meditation/exercise/art."

Overall, Garner assured the follower she will see brighter days again. " Laughter will come and really -- it is worth fighting for," the "Alias" star soothed. "Until then, all of my love."
