Why Jessica Simpson wakes up extra early to work out
The mother of three incorporates fitness into her life during quarantine.
Jessica Simpson is waking up extra early to work out, and not just to stay in shape.
The mother of three shared a sweaty selfie Wednesday and wrote in the caption that she got up before her children "to get my steps in and spend time with me, myself, and I."
"Move move move for your own mental health," she added.
Simpson, 39, revealed last September that she'd lost 100 pounds after giving birth to her daughter, Birdie Mae, that March.
During her pregnancy, the fashion mogul, who is also mom to daughter Maxwell, 8, and son Ace, 6, weighed 240 pounds, she said.
"My first trip away from #BIRDIEMAE and emotional for many reasons, but so proud to feel like myself again," she wrote. "Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder."
