Meet Jon Hamm's new puppy, Splash
The actor adopted a rescue dog.
Jon Hamm has a new furry friend.
The former "Mad Men" star adopted a rescue dog named Splash, according to I Stand With My Pack, a nonprofit animal rescue organization in Culver City, California.
According to information provided by ISWMP, the puppy's name is Splash.
"He was returned twice at the shelter because of his puppy energy. We rescued him and found him the best home. He lives a fairy tale life now," the caption read. "Happy adoption Splash. We are over the moon for you."
Hamm, 49, has long been an advocate of animal rescue. The actor told People magazine five years ago that his last rescue dog, Cora, who died in 2017, "changed my life."

"I wish more people would take advantage of pet rescue," Hamm said. "It's easy to do and inexpensive. Cora provides me with pure joy and love -- and those are two pretty nice things to have in your life."
