'Modern Family' cast shares wrap party photos, moving farewell posts

The cast of "Modern Family" said goodbye to the show after 11 years over the weekend.
Many of the sitcom's stars shared footage from the final day of filming and the wrap party, reflecting on how much the show has meant to them over the years.
Eric Stonestreet, who has played Cameron Tucker since the show's premiere in 2009, posted an emotional video featuring drone footage of the entire cast and crew waving goodbye.
"2 songs. 1 video. Goodbyes are sad but they give birth to new beginnings," he captioned his post.
Nolan Gould, who played Luke Dunphy throughout the show's run, reposted the video with a heartfelt message of his own.
"11 years. 250 episodes. 1,220 days of shooting. Thank you for being a part of our family through it all," he wrote. "Overwhelmed by the amount of time and love that went into this endeavour [sic]. I'm going to miss seeing these faces everyday."
Sarah Hyland described the bonds she formed on the show in her post, which featured photos from the wrap party.
"I love these people with all my heart," she wrote. "11 years together is proof you and your tv sister will start wearing the same outfit, siblings for life will be made, and you’ll forever fight over the same professor 😂"
"We’ll always be Dunphys and we’ll always have each other," she added.
Sofia Vergara shared an emotional video of the cast singing along to Green Day's "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)."
She shared another photo with her co-stars on set, captioning the snap, "I will never forget this set, this people, there were only good times. Thank you Moden [sic] Family❤️❤️ Thank you Gloria Pritchett."
Stonestreet shared a snap of one of his last moments on set.
"I guess I’ll see myself out now stage 5," he wrote. "11 years walking in and out of this door went by in a flash. #modernfamily"
Jesse Tyler Ferguson posted a photo of himself on his last day on set as well.
"Modern Family" airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC. The series finale will air on April 8.
