Paris Hilton denies pregnancy rumors, says she's not expecting first child 'yet'
"I also woke up to about 3,000 texts. ... Everyone wishing me congratulations."
Paris Hilton responded to the latest round of pregnancy rumors on Tuesday, saying she's "sick of people making up things" and emphasizing that she isn't expecting.
In an open conversation with fans on her "This is Paris" podcast, the socialite made it clear that she wants to marry fiancé Carter Reum before starting a family.
"The only thing in the oven at the moment is my 'sliving' lasagna," Hilton, 40, said, adding that fans shouldn't always believe what they read online.
"I also woke up to about 3,000 texts. All my iPhones are blowing up -- all five of them. Everyone wishing me congratulations and so happy for me," Hilton said. "Heard from people I haven't heard from in years!"
After quickly joking that she is expecting triplets, she quipped, "I'm just kidding. I am not pregnant. Not yet. I’m waiting until after the wedding."
Hilton, who is set to tie the knot later this year and broadcast her nuptials on NBC Peacock's "Paris in Love," said that she "can't wait to have children in 2022."
The reality star confessed that she does have babies on the brain, and said that she's already begun to pick out names for her future children.
She said if she has a daughter, she plans on naming her London.
"I love London and Paris together," she said. "And for my boy, I want to name him after a city or a country or a state as well. ... I might keep it a surprise. I don’t want anyone stealing my baby name for that one."
The "This Is Paris" star explained that, while she is an open book, she is "sick of people making up things" about her.
She promised that when she does have a major life update, fans will be the first to hear about it on her podcast.
