'Toy Story 4': Bo Peep returns, sporting empowering new look
Looks like Woody's old flame is changing with the times.
We are only a few months away from the latest installment of "Toy Story" but another short teaser on Monday revealed the return of a major character.
Bo Peep is back and she looks vastly different from two decades ago when she was given away and had to leave Woody and the gang.
The famed character looks nothing short of fierce in the new clip. This time she's dressed in a tighter blue outfit and her stance is one of a warrior.
Tom Hanks will voice Woody again while Peep will be voiced by veteran actress Annie Potts.
A teaser trailer dropped late last year featuring Woody, Buzz (Tim Allen) and a new character, Forky.
The movie's tagline is "Every Ending is a New Beginning," a reference to the end of the last film when Andy and Woody said their final goodbyes.
But the toys are in a new room, bringing joy to a new child: Bonnie. Forky, voiced by Tony Hale, is an awkward character who says he's not a toy.
"An actual spork-turned-craft-project, Forky is pretty sure that he doesn’t belong in Bonnie’s room. Unfortunately, every time he tries to get away, someone yanks him back into an adventure he’d rather skip," according to Pixar.
"Toy Story 4" is in theaters on June 21.
ABC News and Pixar are both owned by parent company Disney.
