In honor of five magical years of "Aladdin" on Broadway, every Genie ever cast in the hit musical reunited Sunday for an epic medley performance of some of the show's beloved hits.

Among them was James Monroe Iglehart, who won a Tony Award for his role as the Genie in 2014.

The performance featured samples of some fan-favorite songs, sung by the Genies, including the iconic "A Whole New World" and "Proud of Your Boy."

"We are so excited to get to celebrate our fifth year on Broadway," Michael James Scott, who plays Genie today, told "GMA." "I got to be apart of the show from the very beginning. I was the original standby for the Genie, so it's kind of a full-circle moment that now I'm back on Broadway playing the role."

The exciting performance also comes as hype mounts for the live-action adaptation of the classic, which is set to hit theaters this May.

Disney is the parent company of ABC News and "Good Morning America."
