This sauce goes great with grilled veggies or anything you like with hot sauce, Rose told "GMA," and takes just seven steps.

If you want a little less spice, you can easily make a milder version by replacing the six habanero peppers with one habanero pepper and one red bell pepper.

Yield: 1 1/2cups

Ingredients:
1 pineapple (about 3 lbs, cored and sliced in 1" slices)
6 habanero peppers*
2 roasted garlic cloves
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lime
*To make a milder hot sauce, use 1 blistered red bell pepper and 1 habanero.

Directions:
Grill pineapple slices until they have nicely charred grilled marks.

Lightly blister habanero pepper on grill until golden brown and slightly charred.

Slice blistered habaneros in half and remove seeds.

Place all ingredients except lime juice into food processor and blend until purée consistency.

Place contents in a medium-sized saucepot and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes.

Strain hot sauce through a fine sieve/strainer and reserve 1 teaspoon of pulp.

Whisk 1 teaspoon pulp and lime juice into strained sauce and cool.

Enjoy hot sauce!
