Olympic breakdancer Rachael Gunn, also known by her performer name Raygun, returned to the spotlight in a surprise appearance at singer Tones and I's Nov. 9 concert in Melbourne, Australia.

Both Gunn and Tones and I shared a clip of the unexpected performance during the singer's song "Dance With Me" in a joint Instagram video post. The video features Gunn breaking out some of the viral dance moves she showcased at the 2024 Paris Olympics over the summer such as the kangaroo hop and windmill.

"Raygun the most beautiful kindest full of life human I have met," Tones and I, whose real name is Toni Watson, wrote in an accompanying caption. "It was an honour to celebrate you last night. Thank you for sharing the stage with me and bringing smiles to so many faces. You always have a friend in me. Tones 🦘❤️."

The confetti-filled cameo came just days after Gunn, who has a doctorate in breakdancing and won the 2023 Oceania Breaking Championships, announced in a radio show that she would no longer compete professionally after receiving backlash to her dance moves at the Olympics.

"I still break but I don't compete anymore. No, no," Gunn, 37, said, adding, "I still dance and I still break but you know, that's like in my living room with my partner."
