Good Morning America's Cash In On Summer Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsors: American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., 500 S. Buena Vista St., Burbank, CA 91521; and Choice Hotels International Services Corp., 10750 Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD 20901 ("Sponsors").
2. Administrator: LeadDog Marketing Group, Inc., 159 W. 25th Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001 ("Administrator").
3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 8, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 26, 2009 ("Promotion Period"). ABC's (defined below) computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.
4. Eligibility: The "Cash in on Summer Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access at the beginning of the Sweepstakes. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, agents and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Choice Hotels International Services Corp. ("Choice Hotels"), American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. ("ABC"), Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, as well as Choice Hotels International franchisees, their employees and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Potential winner may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency upon request prior to prize award. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. Sweepstakes Entry: To enter, go to www.abcnews.com (the "Website") and navigate to the Cash in on Summer Sweepstakes page. You must be a registered member of the Walt Disney Internet Group ("WDIG") Family of Sites to enter. WDIG registration is free and only required once. If you have ever registered with one of WDIG's Family of Sites, including ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney.com, ESPN.com, FamilyFun.com, Movies.com, etc. you need not register again. Enter as follows:
i) If you are an existing member, simply enter your current member name and password.
ii) If you are not a member, you can register by clicking on the link located on the Sweepstakes entry page. You will be asked to provide your name, mailing address (with zip code), e-mail address, gender, birthday, country, and phone number and you will be asked to select a password.
