How Much Exercise Should You Get Each Week?

March 1, 2012 — -- So, you think you're healthy. Okay, but do you know how much moderate exercise the average American adult should get each week?

Is it 100 minutes, 150 minutes or 200 minutes?

The answer? One hundred and fifty minutes.

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, healthy adults should participate in 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activities each week.
