NY positivity rate under 4% for 1st time since November
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said Saturday the state's COVID-19 cases continue to show a downward trend.
The positivity rate has dropped to 3.76%, which is the first time it is below 4% since Nov. 26.
COVID-19-related hospitalizations, now at 5,466, are also at their lowest level since Christmas, state health data showed.
As of Saturday, 74.4% of New York residents were fully vaccinated, according to the governor's office.
