LONDON Feb. 14, 2011— -- Will Will wed in red? That's the question we're asking as Prince William becomes colonel of the Irish Guards, a regiment known for its scarlet tunics and tall fur caps.
And, because history and tradition go hand-in-hand with customs and routine, what are the "rules" to being a royal?
After all, how many people know exactly how to address the queen, or Kate Middleton, for that matter.
