LONDON, April 19, 2011— -- Ben Elliot, the nephew of royal stepmother Camilla Parker Bowles, has close ties to the royal family. His job as co-founder of Quintessentially, a 24-hour concierge service, involves catering to clients with regal tastes, including actress Angelina Jolie and the "queen of pop," Madonna.

As wedding fever takes its final grip on London in the countdown to the big day, Elliot is among the 1,900 guests preparing to attend the wedding of a lifetime. "I feel privileged that I know them quite well," Elliot said. "I knew them when they were at university, at St. Andrews.

"I think they're a magnificent couple," he added. "I think they're royally loved by everybody. And I cannot wait till next Friday."

It's not everyday that one has the chance to speak to someone who'll attend the April 29 wedding. "I'll have my prettiest frock on," Elliot joked. "I'll definitely be there."

As for Prince William, Elliot is a big fan. "He's got effortless charm," Elliot said, "incredible manners."

The same goes for Middleton. "All my experience of meeting Kate is she has those qualities as well," Elliot said. "They are for real."

"People, when they interact with them... [are] made to feel very special. And that comes from somebody who has a good soul, and good manners. And a good heart. And I think they have all of those things in plenty."

What to Give Prince William and Kate Middleton?

William and Middleton might alter the way the world looks at the British monarchy, Elliot and others say. "I think they add ... a modern relevance to what to some seems like an antiquated institution," he said.

Bowles and Middleton's lunches are common knowledge, but Elliot is guarded about his thoughts on what tips his aunt can give the princess-to-be on royal life. "Well, she's a new recruit, isn't she?

"So I think there's probably some other people who've been around the block a bit longer, who might give longer-term advice," Elliot said. "But I'm sure she'll be loving, warm, and supportive to the newly married couple."

In the lead-up to the royal wedding, Elliot has fielded many requests at his concierge service.

"As you can imagine, the great and the good who are attending the wedding next Friday are asking for presents," Elliot said. "And we're trying to give them some advice on those things.

"I think the perfect wedding gift would be a lifetime membership to Quintessentially."
