Agop Manut, 11 months, who suffers acute malnutrition and respiratory distress, is assisted at the clinic run by Doctors without Borders in Aweil, Northern Bahr al Ghazal, South Sudan on Oct. 11, 2016. Every week, the clinic attends about 60 new cases of malnourishment and it registered the highest activity in August 2016 with 90. Since March 2016, more than 70,000 people from Northen Bahr al Ghazal migrated to the neighbouring country Sudan due to the lack of food and inflation.
