American Airlines Agent Dead Ringer for 'Snape' From 'Harry Potter'
David Dolci said flyers even ask him for autographs.
— -- A photo of an American Airlines employee is taking the Internet by storm because the agent, David Dolci, is a dead ringer for the beloved character Severus Snape from the "Harry Potter" movies.
The airline, who uploaded the photo of Dolci on Facebook, comes years after customers already began taking notice to the striking resemblance through Reddit posts in 2012.
The picture has racked up more than 21,000 shares on various social media sites.
According to American Airlines, Dolci said that "it's pretty cool" becoming an overnight social media sensation.
"Sometimes it’s a little overwhelming when I’m working a flight and tourists ask me for autographs or if they can take a photo with me, but I really enjoy it," said Dolci in the airline's June newsletter.
Dolci, who works at New York's LaGuardia Airport, added in that he himself is a "Harry Potter" fan, and enjoys watching the series with his nieces and nephews.
