— -- Kentucky Derby, eat your heart out. The biggest sports event of the weekend is undoubtedly the upcoming Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao boxing match, and restaurants and bars across the country are preparing in extra-fun ways for the big prize fight.

From “punch” drinks to “knuckle” sandwiches, here are some fun food specials themed to the event.

The hotel bar is offering a “Knuckle Sandwich” of a crispy pig trotter number that's been topped with pickled red onion and whole grain mustard aioli in a house-made honey bun.

Bounce Sporting Clubs, New York City

Bounce has dueling cocktails created by mixologist Spencer Elliot for each fighter. Pick either the Mayweather Mint, a tequila cocktail, or the Pacquiao Punch, with Jack Daniels and Jack Daniels Fire cinnamon whiskey.

The MayPac Reuben Burger tops a patty of lean ground beef with a tower of pastrami, melted Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on grilled rye bread.

The Knockout sushi, a boxing-inspired roll, delivers a spice snow crab roll with seared Wagyu beef. But the knockout blow comes from jalapeño salsa and ponzu sauce toppings.
