President Obama visited Ohio Wednesday--the second time in two weeks he has visited the swing state. The president is targeting voters in suburban Democratic strongholds with a message of reducing tax rates for middle-class earners.  A survey conducted by the National Center for Suburban Studies at Hofstra University said 25 percent of  swing voters in the United States live in the suburbs and that Obama and Mitt Romney remain deadlocked in support among suburban voters.
