--TRUMP TO DELIVER BIG SPEECH: Donald Trump is scheduled to deliver a speech in New York City today attacking Hillary Clinton. It will be a big speech to discuss the failed policies and bad judgment of Crooked Hillary Clinton, the presumptive Republican nominee tweeted yesterday. ABCs JOHN SANTUCCI and CANDACE SMITH also note hes also expected to attack former president Bill Clinton. http://abcn.ws/28LFnGm

--TRUMP TELLS DAVID MUIR HES VERY HAPPY TO SELF-FUND: Trump said yesterday that he is willing to spend tens of millions of dollars of his own fortune to self-fund his presidential campaign during the general election. As far as Im concerned Id be very happy to continue to self-fund, Trump said in an interview at Trump Tower with ABC News World News Tonight anchor DAVID MUIR. ABCs MICHAEL FALCONE and VERONICA STRACQUALURSI report campaign finance reports released overnight show that Trump raised $3.1 million in May -- $2.2 million of which he loaned to the campaign. http://abcn.ws/28LYH2A

--CLINTON CALLS TRUMP ECONOMICS DANGEROUS: Hillary Clinton told supporters in Ohio yesterday that Trump would be dangerous for the economy and that just because he's spent his life as a businessman, voters shouldn't assume he's prepared to be president. "Trump would take us back to where we were before the crisis. He'd rig the economy for Wall Street again. Well, that will not happen on my watch," the presumptive Democratic nominee said referring to Trump's plan to "wipe out the tough rules" put on big banks after the 2008 recession. ABCs LIZ KREUTZ and JOSH HASKELL report Secretary Clinton mentioned Massachusetts senator Elizabeth Warren numerous times during her speech and praised Warren's role in creating the consumer financial protection bureau, something Trump has said he would do away with. http://abcn.ws/28NkOqy

--ANALYSIS -- ABCs RICK KLEIN: Dont look now, but Donald Trump is putting together an actual, real-life campaign. Hes hiring new staffers, pushing out opposition research and rapid-response documents, even Tweeting more about the news than about personal grudges. Wednesdays speech, laying out his anti-Clinton case, will be a major moment for a campaign in desperate need of a new storyline. It has the feel of a major campaign moment a point where Trump can pivot toward effective messaging, or continue a spiral that he may not be able to end before his convention. Messaging and discipline is one thing, though, and fundraising is another. Its hard to argue that internal machinations will matter for Trump unless he puts together the kinds of numbers hell need to be competitive in terms of advertising and organizing. Even if he were to self-fund, Trumps promise to do this on his own is essentially hollow; hell need the Republican power base on board to compete with the Clinton machine.

DONALD TRUMP SITS DOWN WITH DAVID MUIR: MORE FROM THEIR TRUMP TOWER INTERVIEW.

--TRUMP RESPONDS TO HILLARY CLINTONS CHARGES OF OUTSOURCING HIS PRODUCTS. Trump explained Tuesday why he has criticized American companies for taking jobs overseas, even though some of his own branded products are manufactured abroad. Unfortunately my ties are made in China and I will say this, the hats -- Make America Great Again -- I searched long and hard to find somebody that made the hats in this country, Trump told ABC News David Muir. I pay a lot more money. It is a very hard thing and its because they devalue their currency. Trump called China the number one abuser but asserted that virtually every country the United States does business with makes it impossible for domestic companies to compete, ABCs MICHAEL FALCONE, PAOLA CHAVEZ and VERONICA STRACQUALURSI have more. http://abcn.ws/28MMrlX

But Tuesday, Trump said theres one place where they likely wont follow him; the White House. Muir asked the presumptive Republican nominee if there would be a role for eldest son Donald Jr. and daughter Ivanka in the White House. Probably not, Trump said. I would leave them to run the business and I think thats what they really like doing and thats what theyre doing now. Theyre very much involved with the business along with my executives but probably not in the White House, no. ABCs CANDACE SMITH has more. http://abcn.ws/28NwFWC
