Ray J was arrested at a Beverly Hills hotel Friday night after he was accused of inappropriately touching a woman at the bar, according to police.

He then kicked out a patrol car window and spit at an officer, police said. He was charged with vandalism, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer.

A rep for Ray J declined comment.

Former Microsoft boss Steve Ballmer offered the highest bid in an effort to buy the NBA team for a record-breaking $2 billion from Donald Sterling's estranged wife, Shelly Sterling.

Ballmer, a basketball lover who once tried to buy the Sacramento Kings, said he was "honored" by the opportunity. It's unclear whether Donald Sterling's vow to sue the league will impact the pending sale.

The billionaire stepped down as CEO of Microsoft in February.
