Andy Murray announces he will retire after Paris Olympics

Andy Murray has announced he will retire after the Paris Olympic games.

The two-time Olympic gold medallist announced on Tuesday that the Olympics will be his final tennis tournament.

Paris 2024 marks the former British No. 1's fifth Olympic Games where he is planning to compete in the singles and doubles.

The 37-year-old said on X: "Arrived in Paris for my last ever tennis tournament @Olympics. Competing for GB has been by far the most memorable weeks of my career and I'm extremely proud to get do it one final time!"
