When you're coming off a blowout win in the Sweet 16 and headed to the Elite Eight, it's OK to joke around.

North Carolina sophomore forward Theo Pinson did just that when he crashed the Tar Heels' news conference Saturday, walking behind Carolina's starting five and coach Roy Williams to ask why he wasn't invited to the presser.

The question elicited laughs from his fellow teammates and Williams, who said in his 28 years of coaching, he'd never seen a player walk up in the middle of a news conference.

During last year's NCAA tournament, Wisconsin's Nigel Hayes became known not just for his play, which helped lead the Badgers to the title game, but for his  fascination with stenographers during news conferences.

For this year, Pinson will hold the title of biggest comedian in the field. And if UNC keeps winning, we might not have seen the last of the jokes.
