Nov. 15, 2010— -- Facebook is widely expected to unveil its own e-mail service today. Members will be able to sign up for @facebook.com e-mail addresses. With more than 500 million users already, Facebook's e-mail service could quickly become one of the most popular in the world.

AOL is rolling out a new web-based e-mail program. A limited number of users now have access to the new site, which is faster and lets them pull in their mail from Microsoft, Yahoo and Google accounts. Eventually users will be able pull in Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn messages too. You can sign up for the service at phoenix.aol.com.

Netflix is coming to mobile gadgets running Google's Android operating system. The service will be available early next year, but not for all Android devices. The company must work out security issues with each individual device maker.
