April 20, 2011— -- Facebook has unveiled new safety tools. The redesigned Family Safety Center offers articles and videos for parents, teens and teachers on safety and privacy. There's also a new social reporting tool allowing people to address problems with other members if that person posts something they don't like.

Have you ever searched for a place on Google Maps only to find it's not there? Now you can add it. Google has introduced Google Map Maker. It allows you to trace new paths and roads, draw buildings and parks and add names and descriptions of places. Once your changes are approved, they actually show up on Google Maps.
