This 27-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed course is in the process of a 14-month renovation project aimed at making the award-winning course even more world class. What's spectacular about playing at Palmilla is that you can see the water from every hole. The nine holes of the Arroyo Course recently re-opened after the renovation and now you'll find the greens resurfaced and renovated bunkers. People fly in from all over the world to play this impressive 18-hole ocean course that hugs the water for more than a mile. Los Cabos is known for its white sand beaches and there are plenty of options if you want to schedule in some beach time. Some local favorites include the family-friendly Palmilla, where the water is ideal for scuba diving and snorkeling. If you're looking for some shade, then head to El Chileno where you can relax under a palm tree. To visit the famous Playa del Amor behind the Arco in Cabo San Lucas, you need to take a water taxi that leaves from the Marina or El Medano Beach. 11. Fishing
