— -- Tavern on the Green will soon be headed to warmer climes.

The historic New York City restaurant, which is located in Central Park and has served as a setting for films such as “Ghostbusters” and “Wall Street, “ as well as stylish dinners and celebrations since 1934, will soon reportedly see its name appearing on a second restaurant in Florida.

After years of litigation, Jennifer Oz LeRoy, daughter of the restaurant's original owner, Warner LeRoy, has won the trademark name for use outside New York, according to a report in the New York Post.

LeRoy clarified in a subsequent tweet, however, that her business has no connection to the New York location operation, which reopened last year after a multimillion-dollar renovation.

The restaurateur reportedly plans to open her own establishment titled Tavern on the Green Polo West in Wellington, Florida.
