Super Bowl Halftime Shows Through The Years

At the first Super Bowl, held in Los Angeles on Jan. 15, 1967, the halftime show included performances by the Grambling State University Tiger Marching Band and the University of Arizona Marching Band. The show also included a short demonstration of a kind of jet pack called the Bell Rocket Belt, by the Bell Rocket Air Men.
