New Yorkers Enjoy a Record-Setting Warm Day

New York saw record-setting temperatures on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015, with the mercury in Central Park reaching 66 degrees. New Yorkers normally used to stepping out to temperatures in the high 30's for this time of year left their scarves and gloves home and instead opted for shorts and sandals.
