• Cpl. David G. Weimortz, 28, of Irmo, S.C., died from injuries suffered while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

• Spc. Edgardo Zayas, 29, of Dorchester, Mass., died in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his dismounted patrol.

•Sgt. Jeremy E. King, 23, of Meridian, Idaho, died in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries sustained by enemy forces using small arms fire during combat operations.

•Sgt. Gordon G. Solomon, 35, of Fairborn, Oh., died while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

• Lance Cpl. James D. Hirlston, 21, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., died while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

•Spc. Thomas J. Barbieri, 24, of Gaithersburg, Md., died south of Baghdad, Iraq when his patrol encountered enemy forces small arms fire during combat operations.

•Chief Petty Officer Paul J. Darga, 34, of Alpena, Mich., died when his Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team was struck by an explosive device in the Al Anbar province, Iraq.

• Master Sgt. Brad A. Clemmons, 37, of Chillicothe, Oh., died when an improvised explosive device struck his plane en route to Taji, Iraq.

• Sgt. Gabriel G. DeRoo, 25, of Paw Paw, Mich., died in Mosul, Iraq, of injuries sustained from a battle with enemy forces.

• Two Marines, Cpl. Adam A. Galvez, 21, of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Cpl. Randy L. Newman, of Bend, Ore., died while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

• Hospitalman Chadwick T. Kenyon, 20, of Tucson, Ariz., died of injuries suffered when his vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

•Sgt. Marquees A. Quick, 28, of Hoover Ala., died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, of injuries suffered while conducting security and observation operations against enemy forces.

• Sgt Ruben J. Villa Jr., 36, of El Paso, Tex., died in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from a non-combat related cause.

• Sgt. Jeffrey S. Loa, 32, of Waianae, Hawaii, died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when an explosive device detonated near his dismounted patrol.

• Lance Cpl. Michael D. Glover, 28, of Brooklyn, N.Y., died while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

• Capt. John J. McKenna IV, 30, of Brooklyn, N.Y., died while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

• Two soldiers, Sgt. Michael C. Lloyd, 24, of San Antonio, Tex., and Sgt. Kevin L. Zeigler, 31, of Overland Park, Kan., died of injuries from an explosive device in Baghdad, Iraq.

• Sgt. Kenneth A. Jenkins, 25, of Fouke, Ark., died in Balad, Iraq of injuries sustained on Aug. 12 from battle with enemy forces.

• Sgt. Tracy L. Melvin, 31, of Seattle, Wash., died of injuries sustained on Aug. 6, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV in Ar Ramadi, Iraq.

•Lance Cpl. Jeremy Z. Long, 18, of Sun Valley, Nev., died conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

• Two soldiers, Sgt. Steven P. Mennemeyer, 26, of Granite City, Ill., and Sgt. Jeffery S. Brown, 25, of Trinity Center, Calif., were recovered Aug. 9 and 10. respectively near Rubtbah, Iraq.

• Three soldiers, Sgt. Stephen A. Seale, 25, of Grafton, W.V, Sgt. Carlton A. Clark, 22, of South Royalton, Vt., and Cpl. Jose Zamora, 24, of Sunland Park, N.M. died in Baghdad, Iraq when an improvised explosive device detonated near their HMMWV.

• Spc. Brian J. Kubik, 20, of Harker Heights, Texas, died Aug 5 in Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany, of injuries suffered on Aug 2 in Baghdad, Iraq.

• Sgt. Leroy Segura Jr., 23, of Clovis, N.M., died in Habbaniyah, Iraq, of injuries suffered from a HMMWV accident.

• Petty Officer Marc A. Lee, 28, of Hood River, Ore., was killed Aug. 2 during combat operations in Ramadi, Iraq.

• Sgt. Dustin D. Laird, 23, of Martin, Tenn., died in Al Qaim, Iraq, of injuries sustained during combat operations in Rawah, Iraq, on Aug. 1.

• Spc. Joseph A. Graves, 21, of Discovery Bay, Calif., was killed in Baghdad, Iraq, when his convoy encountered enemy fire.

• Cpl. Adam J. Fargo, 22, of Ruckersville, Va., died in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries sustained when his convoy encountered enemy forces small arms fire.

• Cpl. Matthew P. Wallace, 22, of Lexington Park, Md., died in Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany, of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Bradley Fighting Vehicle during combat operations in Baghdad, Iraq, on July 16.

• Cpl. Julian A. Ramon, 22, of Flushing, N.Y., died while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

•Lance Cpl. Geofrey R. Cayer, 20, of Fitchburg, Mass., died from a non-hostile incident in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

•Sgt. Mark R. Vecchione, 25, of Tucson Ariz, died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his M1A1 Abrams tank.

• Cpl. Nathaniel S. Baughman, 23, of Monticello, Ind., died of injuries on July 17 in Bayji, Iraq, when his HMMWV encountered enemy forces rocket-propelled grenades during patrol operations.

• Staff Sgt. Kenneth I. Pugh, 39, of Houston Texas, died in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries sustained when his M1A2 Abrams tank encountered enemy forces small arms fire.

• Staff Sgt. Michael A. Dickinson II, 26, of Battle Creek, Mich., died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when his dismounted patrol encountered enemy forces small arms fire.

• Sgt. 1st Class Scott R. Smith, 34, of Punxsutawney, Pa., died in Al Iskandariyah, Iraq, of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated during a controlled ordnance clearing mission.

• Staff Sgt. Jason M. Evey, 29, of Stockton, Calif., died of injuries sustained when his Bradley Fighting Vehicle encountered an improvised explosive device during combat operations in Baghdad, Iraq.

• Sgt. Andres J. Contreras, 23, of Huntington Park, Calif., died of injuries sustained when his HMMWV encountered an improvised explosive device in Baghdad, Iraq during combat operations.

•Spc. Manuel J. Holguin, 21, of Woodlake, Calif., died in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries sustained when his dismounted patrol encountered enemy small arms fire and an improvised explosive device.

• Sgt. Thomas B. Turner Jr., 31, of Cottonwood, Calif., died at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany, of injuries sustained on July 13 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Bradley Fighting Vehicle in Al Muqdadiyah, Iraq.

• Sgt. Alkaila T. Floyd, 23, of Grand Rapids, Mich., died in Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany, of injuries sustained on July 8 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Mine Protected Vehicle in Ar Ramadi, Iraq.

• Sgt. Irving Hernandez Jr., 28, of New York, N.Y., died in Mosul, Iraq when he encountered enemy small arms fire during combat operations.

• Petty Officer 1st Class Jerry A. Tharp, 44, of Aledo, Ill., died as a result of enemy action when his dismounted patrol was struck by an improvised explosive device while operating in the Al Anbar province of Iraq.

• Sgt. Duane J. Dreasky, 31, of Novi, Mich., died in the Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, of injuries sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV in Habbaniyah, Iraq, on Nov. 21.

• Staff Sgt. Paul S. Pabla, 23, of Fort Wayne, Ind., died in Mosul, Iraq, of injuries sustained from enemy small arms fire during combat operations.

• Pfc. Collin T. Mason, 20, of Staten Island, N.Y., died in Taji, Iraq, when he encountered indirect fire while manning a checkpoint in his vehicle.

• Sgt. Justin L. Noyes, 23, of Vinita, Okla., died while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.

•Airman 1st Class Carl Jerome Ware Jr., 22, of Glassboro, N.J., died July 1, from a non-combat related cause at Camp Bucca, Iraq.

•Sgt. Bryan C. Luckey, 25, of Tampa, Fla., died on June 29, in Mosul, Iraq, when he was shot by enemy forces while on mounted patrol.

•Pfc. Rex A. Page, 21, of Kirksville, Mo., died June 28 from wounds received while conducting combat operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq.•Pfc. Michael J. Potocki, 21, of Baltimore, Md., died on June 26, of injuries sustained in Al Asad, Iraq, when his unit came in contact with enemy force's small arms fire during combat operations.

•Cpl. Ryan. J. Clark, 19, of Lancaster, Calif., died in the Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, of injuries sustained on June 17 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV during combat operations in Ar Ramadi, Iraq.

•Cpl. Christopher D. Rose, 21, of San Francisco, Calif., died of injuries sustained from an improvised explosive device during combat operations in Baghdad, Iraq.

• Sgt. Kyle R. Miller, 19, of Willmar, Minn., died in Mosul, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his convoy.

• Sgt. James P. Muldoon, 23, of Bells, Texas, died in Balad, Iraq, of injuries sustained earlier that day in Baquba, Iraq.

• Petty Officer 1st Class Gary T. Rovinski, 44, of Roseville, Ill., died in Al Anbar Province, Iraq, as a result of enemy action when his vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device.

• Pfc. Caleb A. Lufkin, 24, of Knoxville, Ill., died at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C., of injuries sustained on May 4, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his RG-31 Mine Protected Vehicle during combat operations in Baghdad, Iraq.
