1. Gunman Kills 3 at Pa. Town Meeting

Rockne Newell, 59, has been arrested as the alleged gunman who killed three people in a shooting rampage overnight in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania.

2. State Department Orders Evacuation in Yemen

The U.S. State Department has ordered the evacuation of all non-essential personnel from Yemen because of an increased terror threat.

3. Drone Attack Kills 4 in Yemen

A suspected U.S. drone attack killed four alleged al-Qaeda members in Yemen Tuesday as U.S. and British embassies were ordered to evacuate staff amid reports of a heightened terror threats.
