1. Obamacare Vote Expected Today
Congress is expected to vote today on GOP-drafted legislation that could dramatically undermine Obamacare, just a day after the President announced a major change to the law to help correct "fumbles." It remains unclear however how the President's changes will be implemented.

2. City Council Looks to Strip Mayor Rob Ford of Powers
The Toronto Sun reports embattled Toronto Mayor Rob Ford will remain mayor in name after refusing to resign. The city council is expected to vote on measures stripping him of most of his actual powers and budget.

3. Philippines Typhoon Death Toll Rises
The death toll from the typhoon that hit the man who fell from a small plane Thursday over waters near Miami, Fla.

5. San Francisco Goes Gotham City for Batkid
San Francisco will transform into Gotham City today to help make a 5-year-old boy's Make-A-Wish dream come true, reports ABC News affiliate KGO-TV.
