1. Tornado Touches Down in North Dakota; 9 Injured

A tornado struck a workers camp in North Dakota's oil patch on Monday, injuring nine people — one critically — and destroying at least eight trailers where workers had been living, an emergency management official said.

The twister touched down at around 7:50 p.m. at a camp about 5 miles south of Watford City, which is in the west of the state and about 30 miles southeast of Williston, the city at the heart of the state's oil boom.

The video was done in partnership with AMC’s “Halt & Catch Fire Show” and the result is downright hilarious.

3. Man Holding Breath in Oregon Tunnel Causes Crash

A 19-year-old man told investigators he caused a three-car crash when he fainted while holding his breath as he drove through a tunnel northwest of Portland, Oregon State Police said.

Daniel J. Calhon, of Snohomish, Washington, told investigators he fainted Sunday afternoon while holding his breath in the Highway 26 tunnel near the community of Manning, according to a news release. His car, a 1990 Toyota Camry, drifted across the centerline and crashed head-on with a Ford Explorer.

Both vehicles struck the tunnel walls before a pickup hit the Camry.

4. Millionaire Hiding Envelopes of Cash Around San Francisco

A millionaire with cash to burn is paying it forward in a big way: by hiding envelopes stuffed with $100 across the Bay Area for strangers to find.

The anonymous man told ABC News he's a successful real estate investor who just wanted to give back.

"People complain that the price of real estate here is pretty high and I have benefited from that," he said by phone, after ABC News reached him via email. "I wanted to do something fun for the city of San Francisco, something that would get people excited."

5. Taylor Swift Cancels Bangkok Concert After Coup

Taylor Swift has canceled a sold-out concert in Thailand, which came under military rule last week after a coup d'etat.

Concert promoter BEC-Tero announced Tuesday on its website that the concert was canceled "due to recent events in Thailand." It didn't elaborate but called the move "a difficult decision for all parties."

The concert in Bangkok would have been the night of June 9. The country is under a nighttime curfew though it's loosely enforced.
