Nov. 2, 2010— -- No matter who wins or loses tonight, one thing is clear: Americans want something new from the men and women representing them in Washington.

ABC News' Frustration Index, which measures the public's view of the government and the economy, stands at 67 out of 100, the highest level ever for a midterm election.

Before today's votes are tallied, "ABC World News With Diane Sawyer" wants to hear from you.
