Where to Find the Best Deals for Black Friday and Cyber Monday
Where to find the best deals on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Small Business Day
Nov. 21, 2012 -- Although Thanksgiving is all about traditions like eating a lot of turkey, it has also become the favorite time of the year to go bargain shopping. At first, it was just Black Friday. Then came Cyber Monday. Now small business owners are offering discounts on Small Business Saturday.
Since we know you're probably busy stuffing your turkey, or maybe overwhelmed by the amount of discount emails you're receiving, we've put together a list of all you need to know about shopping over the next few days.
Black Friday
Think of Black Friday as the kickoff to the holiday shopping season. In other words, this is when it becomes okay for shoppers to set their alarm clocks for 2 a.m. and risk getting trampled by crowds in need of, oh, an Elmo doll. But that's just par for the course, right?
The most important Black Friday item to remember is actually simple: The time each store plans to open. Check out this complete list of stores and times.
And in case you're wondering, no, it's not neccassary to wait in line overnight to get a good price. Here's a list of tips on how to avoid such scams.
Small Business Saturday
The Saturday between Black Friday's madness and Cyber Monday's online bonanza is called Small Business Saturday. The day was created to support small businesses around the country, and founded by American Express in 2010.

Cyber Monday
For those who don't want to wait in line, but still want to shop, then monday is your day. Created in 2005 by Shop.org, Cyber Monday is all about online discounts that you can puruse from the comfort of your couch. Don't want to miss a single online deal? Check out this convenient website .
