In Honor of Presidents Day: The Streets Named After Our Nation's Leaders
How many streets will be named after President Obama?
Feb. 17, 2014 -- intro: Which city has the most streets named after past presidents? It's not our nation's capital, Washington, D.C. The answer: New York City.
Online real estate marketplace Zillow decided to collect and analyze single-family homes, condos and co-ops on streets that have the last name of America's commanders-in-chief to celebrate Presidents Day. They found loads of interesting trivia among the 1.8 million homes, such as which president has the most expensive real estate on his street. We cannot tell a lie. It's not our first president, George Washington.

The answer is actually streets with Coolidge in the name, in which their median home value is $176,300, higher than the U.S. median home value of $169,100, according to Zillow's research. By the way, 17,702 home are located on streets named after the 30th president, who once said: "Perhaps one of the most important accomplishments of my administration has been minding my own business."
But the most common shared street name with a president's name is, perhaps not surprisingly, Washington, with 215,279 homes.
