Here are 10 locales that were used for movies and TV shows compiled by FlipKey, TripAdvisor's vacation rental marketplace. Some of these locations were actual sets for Hollywood scenes while others allow you to at least feel as if you are living in the big- or small-picture settings.

In the final episode of HBO's "Entourage," he and his spouse are lounging in what looks like a villa in Italy, contemplating their future. But the Villa Sophia is actually a Mediterranean-style estate in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles. Vacationers can rent the 750-square-foot "spa-like guest house" built in 2003 for $395 a night.

The exclusive Carlyle hotel on Ocean Drive in South Beach opened in 1939 and has only 19 private residence apartments, at least one of which can be rented for $225 to $250 a night. The apartments have ocean views, Jacuzzi tubs and soundproof rooms for whatever Hollywood movie scenes need filming. No wonder the Carlyle has been used for superluxe scenes in "Bad Boys 2" (2003), "Random Hearts" (1999), "Pronto" (1997), "The Birdcage" (1996) and "Scarface" (1983), according to its website.

There are no bobsleds on the property, although they were in the fictional account of the debut of Jamaica's bobsled team in the 1988 Winter Olympics in Canada. Seven bedrooms can host up tp 16 people, and the beach is a short driving distance.
