Parents Debate Whether McDonald's Minions Happy Meal Toy Curses

McDonald's introduced a Happy Meal toy on July 3 for the children's animated movie, "Minions," which Universal Studios is releasing today, and some swear that the toy is cursing.
But the fast food giant has no plans to pull the toy, a McDonald's spokeswoman told ABC News.
One YouTube user created a video with a recording of one of the toys, which he believes exclaims profanity.
"Though Minions speak a language all their own, this little caveman minion spoke something that just didn't seem quite right. You decide for yourself, but from what I hear [it's] not good," the YouTube user writes in a description of the video. Since the video was published on Wednesday with the title, "Is this McDonald's Minion toy swearing?" more than 1.9 million people have viewed it.
McDonald's "Minions" promotion is expected to run through the end of July.
"Our goal at McDonald's is to serve up food and fun for our valued customers, and we're glad to have the Minions on board," the company told ABC News. The company said the "Minion Caveman" Happy Meal toy includes three sounds: "para la bukay," "hahaha" and "eh eh."
"We’re aware of a very small number of customers who have been in touch regarding this toy, and we regret any confusion or offense to those who may have misinterpreted its sounds," a statement from McDonald's said. "The allegation that this toy is saying anything offensive or profane is not true."
