He regularly covers the general economy, technology, major stocks, the energy sector and political economy. You'll see his reporting on "World News," "Good Morning America," "Nightline," ABC News Radio and ABCNews.com.
Arnall started his career on-air -- reporting and anchoring for ABC, CBS and NBC affiliates in Missouri -- before founding a venture capital-backed dot-com company during the boom years. Arnall returned to journalism in 2002, writing and producing for WNBC and CNNfn before coming to ABC News.
Arnall graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri, and holds a master's from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
